This developmental ministry is not about a single minister. Rather, it is about our entire congregation. We hope that you will join us as we “launch” our collective developmental ministry. Here are our hopes for this launch week:
- We will grow in our collective understanding of All Souls as a congregation and of the developmental work.
- We will come to listen to one another and to share our thoughts, insights, loves, concerns, and questions. Since listening is the purpose, there will be much dialogue and no formal presentations.
- You will become acquainted with Rev. Anastassia, her personality and professional capabilities, and her thoughts on our developmental ministry.
- We will have fun! All Souls is a community, even more than it is an institution.
Our developmental minister, the Rev. Anastassia Zinke, began with us on July 1. It has been wonderful getting to know her, and we hope you will continue to welcome her as we move into the Fall. She will continue to meet with congregants one-on-one.

Rev. Anastassia: Harvest the Power – A Community of Communities
All Souls member Paula Cole Jones describes the best form of Unitarian Universalist congregations as being a community of communities. She developed this understanding as being a life-long member of All Souls. Having experienced and participated in conversations during launch week, what is the community of communities we hope for here?
