All Souls! All Vote!

All Souls! All Vote! is a non-partisan task force dedicated to strengthening voter education, registration, and turnout in the community.

Created in the fall of 2003, we have been working here in our neighborhood, in the metropolitan area, and nationally.

Highlights

In October 2004
We registered approximately 400 people locally, presented an inspiring and thought-provoking video seminar series, heard real stories about the voting rights struggle of the 60s, collaborated with community groups on a DC council candidates' forum, sponsored the Voter Empowerment Project regarding barriers to voting, held workshops, created a voter information guide, e-mailed education alerts, hosted speakers, watched the debates together, and traveled to Philadelphia where we helped register 277 people in one day!

On October 22, 2004, All Vote was featured in the Washington Times.
