How to update your personal information through ACS

You can officially change your mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address with the church by logging into the All Church Systems (ACS) database and making the appropriate updates. Note that this service is available ONLY to signed members of the church. To access ACS, follow these directions:

• Click here to get to the ACS Web page
• If you have not already registered, click on the link under "not registered?" on the right side of the page. You will need your e-mail address to complete the registration process. This address must be the same as the e-mail address in the church's records.
• If you are denied access, please contact Alicia Dixon, Database Administrator (adixon@allsouls.ws or 202-332-5266 ext. 109).
• Once you are logged into the Web site, follow the directions for registering and updating your information.

How to upload your photo

• Login to ACS (see instructions above).
• Click the blue Edit button at the top right corner of the My Profile page.
• On the subsequent Change Request page, click on the blue Family button to upload a family photo, or the blue Picture button to upload an individual photo.
• In both cases, click the Browse button and select the photo from a location on your computer. Click Open to select the photo, then click the blue Save button. The photo will be uploaded.
• Note that the upload may take a while depending on the size of the photo. Photos must be in .jpg format.
• If you are not a member, but have a photo to share, email Amy Mulry Wesolek, Director of Membership and Welcoming (AMulryWesolek@allsouls.ws).
