- coordinates meeting/event set-ups with appropriate staff (eg, wedding coordinator, custodians, program staff, etc.).
- sets up basic AV equipment or contact appropriate AV service providers for more advanced requests.
- orders office supplies.
- serves as administrative point person for special services (eg, memorials).
- does other office tasks (as necessary): making photocopies, stuffing/labeling envelopes, etc.
