Space-use forms

In order for staff to easily distinguish between requests for use of the facility by congregants (for Church-related events) and rental applications, there are now two separate forms for requesting the use of space at All Souls.

The congregant space-use form is for committee/group functions and church-/congregant-sponsored events. The non-congregant space-rental form is for outside groups and non-church functions; fees apply. Please be mindful of this difference when submitting the forms, which are available below.
