The vitality of All Souls Church is borne of its people and their talents, time, and treasures. It’s that season again when All Souls appeals to its people for support from their treasure. Through-out October, we’ll be asking All Souls congregants to make a financial commitment, a pledge to carry on the work of the church during the 2012 calendar year. From the pulpit, in the mail, on the phone, through cyberspace—you’ll be hearing the stories of All Souls and the meaning the church brings to its members, community, and world. The telling of these stories is only possible because of the people, the programs, the music, and other resources that our pledges bring to life.
Our goal for 2012 remains the same as that of last year. We must raise $1.3 million to continue telling our stories. To do this, everyone who comes through the church doors needs to participate; everyone who pledged in 2011 needs to pledge in 2012; and everyone who is able is asked to increase their 2012 pledge by 4% over last year.
